· British government henceforth shall spend money only for the propagation of European culture and western knowledge, by adopting the medium of communication and instruction in English.
· All the scholarships that are being granted to propagation of local culture and languages especially Sanskrit and Arabic shall be stopped, henceforth.
· No funds shall be allocated to printing and translation of Sanskrit literature and Indian knowledge.
· Action plan to be evolved for popularizing the English language among natives.
